Joan Betancourt is a results-driven leader known for building scalable systems that drive organizational growth and efficiency. As the Director of Special Operations at Foundation Academies, he oversees multi-campus operations across education, IT, healthcare, security, and real estate — managing critical departments such as technology, call centers, construction, and compliance.
With extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and executing large-scale strategies, Joan specializes in turning complex operations into structured, repeatable systems. His expertise spans process optimization, organizational development, project execution, and business scalability across multiple industries.
At Zentra Solutions, Joan focuses on operations architecture, business strategy, and organizational design, helping business owners build the systems and clarity they need to operate efficiently and scale with confidence.
Xiomara Florencio
Co-Founder | Strategy & Client Success
Xiomara (Xio) Florencio brings deep expertise in strategic leadership, client success, and organizational development. As Chief of Staff at MLMPI Preparatory Academy and Operations Team Leader at PuderAI, she plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission to empower students and professionals through emotional intelligence and mentorship programs.
Her background combines administrative excellence, team leadership, and a strong sense of purpose. At Zentra Solutions, Xio ensures that every client relationship is guided by clarity, accountability, and collaboration. She bridges strategy and execution — turning client goals into structured action plans and ensuring that every project is delivered with precision and heart.
Our Foundation
Both Joan and Xio hold Bachelor’s degrees in Social Entrepreneurship from the Watson Institute and share a passion for faith-driven leadership. As Christians, they believe that business is more than profit — it’s a platform for impact, service, and purpose.
